This coaching application helps to ensure that we’re a good fit and that your time and money is best spent with me. I want you to get the best possible value out of our time together and, conversely, I want to work with people who are perfectly placed to develop the most. We need to fit together.

Occasionally, I think someone would be better suited to one of my gifted colleagues, or that they aren’t ready to receive coaching, so I say no as kindly as I can. I mean no hard feelings.
