Come together with like-minded fellow business owners to reflect and refocus on your business development. Gain confidence, clarity, insight and momentum in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Advice, counsel, support, debate
It’s easy to lose the forest for the trees when running your own business. There’s always plenty of things to do and mini emergencies to attend to. It’s easy to become distracted, stuck, or unfocused. That’s why it’s important to periodically take time out from your day-to-day running of the business, to reflect and refocus on what’s important.
These roundtable discussions include advice and support from those who know what they’re talking about – your peers and other business professionals.
How these quarterly planning roundtables work
These are facilitated by Brook McCarthy so that you can review, reflect, address and discuss business issues, as well as gain clarity on your business direction. Sessions include questions, reflection, brainstorming, led discussions and opportunities for collaboration and shared experiences in a non-competitive, supportive environment.
Spots are limited to a maximum of 10 people and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
